Shirrod Le’Det is a 3x – author, speaker, executive leadership educator, business owner, and entrepreneur who challenges the traditions of business growth and leadership development within today’s business environments. Transforming today’s Leaders for Tomorrow’s business. He has an Executive MBA from Strayer University the Jack Welch Management Institute Program and graduated with honors. He is a high performing executive with over 18 years of leadership and management experience, including leadership roles building/optimizing organizational processes, measurement systems, and infrastructures to maximize and deliver mission-critical results.

Shirrod is an Assistant Professor of the Business and Entrepreneurship Program at Simmons College of Kentucky in Louisville teaching Foundations of Management, Professional Skills and Personal Finance, Entrepreneurship and Innovation, and Capstone II Seminar. In the Executive Leadership Academy, he teaches Group and Organizational Behavior and Leadership and Motivation.

Shirrod specializes in organizational leadership, employee engagement and culture development. He has dedicated himself to helping others and leaders create meaning in their own lives and in their organizations, which results in motivated employees, customer commitment and bottom-line performance. Using his thought leadership style, he acts as a change agent, moving teams and individuals from status quo to new ways of thinking, through offering solutions focused on changing behaviors and fostering growth.
